| 摘 要： | 我国九六年修正的刑事诉讼法对侦查程序的修改迫切要求我国的侦查体制也进行相应的改革。本文在全面分析国外不同侦查体制的特点及成因 ,深入探讨世界各国侦查体制的共同性发展趋势的基础上 ,对我国现行侦查体制的特色及缺陷进行了客观的分析和探讨 ,这对于我国侦查体制的改革和完善将具有重要的指导意义。
