| 摘 要： | 法律信仰目前在中国面临着特殊的遭遇和困境。中国法制在逐步确立法律信仰的过程中面临着几组悖论性问题,主要从法律信仰对于人与对于法的内在性、法律信仰的理性世俗化与神圣性、合理性与非理性、功利性与超功利性、守法的无知性与批判反思的自觉性等关系中,展示出法律信仰问题的复杂性和内在矛盾运动。

| Abstract: | Legal belief is encountering special treatment and dilemma in China. The process of the rule of law in China is that of building legal belief in China at the same time. The gradual establishment of legal belief will have to face several sets of paradoxical issues, among which are mainly the internality of legal belief to man and to law, the rational secularity and sanctity of legal belief, its rationality and irrationality, its utilitarian nature and super-utilitarian nature, the innocence of obeying law and the consciousness of critical reflection, etc. The paradoxical nature of the above relations has revealed the complexity and internal conflicts of legal belief. |
