| 摘 要： | 民事监督权是我国宪法赋予检察机关的一项重要权能,但目前监督不利的现状迫使我们不得不反思其原因及解决办法.基于完善我国民事检察监督权的良好愿望,应扩大检察机关监督权的内容、赋予检察机关民事公诉权.

| Abstract: | Being an important power of the procuratorial organ entrusted by our country, procuratorial supervision on the civil law and civil proceedings should be enlarged. We suggest that the power of public prosecutor on the civil action should be given to the procuratorial organ. |
